This policy explains what information ThisaiTV (thisaitv.com, run by ThisaiMedia) collects when you use the website, and how it is used. You do not need an account to use ThisaiTV.
Information you give us
If you use the contact form or the request form, we receive what you type in, such as your name, email address and message. We use it only to reply to you or to handle your request, and we do not sell it.
Information collected automatically
- Website statistics. We use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to see how many people visit and which pages are popular. It uses cookies and collects information such as your device type, browser, approximate location and the pages you view. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Usability recordings. On some pages we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (for example where people tap and scroll) so we can make it easier to use. See the Microsoft privacy statement.
- Security and speed. The website is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address to protect the site and load it quickly. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our server keeps short-term technical logs (IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and to fix problems.
Saved only on your device
Some features remember your choices in your own browser (local storage). This information stays on your device and is not sent to us: My Shows (shows you follow), Recently viewed episodes, the A+ text size, and whether you closed the WhatsApp bar or the “Add to home screen” card. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Other websites
ThisaiTV does not host videos. Episodes play on external websites, and links such as our WhatsApp channel open other services. Those websites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them for statistics (Google Analytics) and for the site to work properly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Children
ThisaiTV is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices and contact
You can ask us what information we hold about you from the forms, or ask us to delete it, through the contact page. We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. See also our Terms and Conditions and Content Policy (DMCA).
